Nobu Slated to Open Three New Luxury Hotels This Summer

Founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper Nobu is one of the world's leading luxury hospitality brands with hotels, restaurants, and operations spanning five continents.

With 10 Nobu hotels currently open and eight more in the works across the US, Europe, and the Middle East, summer 2020 will see the openings of properties in Warsaw, London, and Chicago.

Below, check out why we're looking forward to finally stepping foot in these opulent new hotels.

Nobu Hotel Chicago

Located in the heart of Chicago's west loop and expected to open this spring, the intimate Nobu Hotel Chicago is a striking blend of modern design elements and traditional Japanese influences.

The property will offer 115 sleek guest rooms and suites, an indoor pool, luxe spa, and a rooftop with an indoor and outdoor bar and lounge.

The centerpiece of the hotel, though, will be a 10,000 square foot Nobu restaurant looking out over Randolph Street's famous Restaurant Row.

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square

Designed by London-based architecture and interior design firm David Collins Studio alongside Make Architects, London's stunning new Nobu Hotel is located in the city's vibrant West End, and is set to open this summer.

The hotel will offer 259 guest rooms and suites, a ballroom and meeting spaces, and a Nobu restaurant (obviously).

Some of the world-class dishes will include Rock Shrimp Tempura, Miso Black Cod, and Yellowtail Sashimi -- plus delectable locally-inspired menu items.

Nobu Hotel Warsaw

Warsaw might not be at the top of everyone's travel list, but it's a gorgeous city that's buzzing with history.

Nobu Hotel Warsaw is just one of nearly a dozen hotels set to open in the city in 2020, but it's definitely one of the most highly-anticipated.

The dynamic property is designed by Polish architectural firm Medusa Group, and will take up the existing Hotel Rialto as well as expand into a modern new building, thereby bringing a fresh new take to art deco elegance.

Inside you'll find 117 rooms, meeting and event spaces, a fitness center, and, of course, a Nobu restaurant.
